The staff there is AMAZING! I cannot say enough how great they all were to me and my boys. My oldest is 3 and youngest was 3 months and while I was getting my X-rays, one of the girls rocked my 3 month old son when he got upset, and the other took my 3 year old son to clean his teeth. The doctor and staff were all extremely professional and friendly. Every step of each procedure, was explained so that I felt we were doing something together, instead of something being done to me, and that was instrumental in reducing any anxiety that I would normally have. The layout of the facility is also unique, in my experience, with open walls and easily accessible areas, making it feel very spacious and comfortable. Dr Jarek and his Dental Assistant, Rachael made it a relaxing experience and I would recommend them to anyone needing dental work.

I am a veteran and have a lot of anxiety when going to the dentist. It's taken me a while to find a dentist that has the knowledge of how to deal with patients with anxiety health issues. I finally have found them at the Family Tree Dental office in Belpre Ohio. Not only is the staff very friendly and helpful but they are very patient and understanding that it will take a while for me to feel comfortable with the new staff and there's also people there that work with the VA to make sure your billing is covered by the VA. I highly recommend this dental office especially for those with anxiety!!

My daughter was a little hesitant on going to a new dental office but they did a fabulous job with her everyone that came in contact with her spoke to her and it made her feel comfortable they were only supposed to do a first initial visit after letting them know that she was due for her cleaning instead of me having to reschedule to do the cleaning.The hygienist came in done her cleaning also sealed a few of her molars that had just came in they did an awesome outstanding job. The office was clean and everyone was very friendly. I was nervous as I haven't been to the dentist in 14 years and this could not have been a better experience for me. The provider wanted to save my existing teeth and was not interested in my money but was interested in my oral health and happiness with the services provided. The hygienist and receptionist were both very lovely, I will be coming to this office for the foreseeable future and am scheduling appointments for my kids as well.

Easy-going yet very professional.Dr Lovejoy was kind, listened, and when, he found out about my heart condition (Which he recognized). He informed me of the possible complications arising from local numbing to someone with my particular condition and recommended an oral surgeon, that could perform the needed operation! That's great I don't need someone doing an unnecessary operation to squeeze a few sheckles out of me. Cant recommend enough!

So today critter “Luca” had an accident. She was running in the house, tripped, and hit her mouth on the coffee table. She busted them up really bad. I took her to family tree dental in belpre and all I can say is……WOW! Dr. Lovejoy and the staff were nothing short of amazing to her. They took her right in, cleaned up her mouth, helped calm her down and the most amazing part is the front receptionist came in and said “we don’t take her ins” dr lovejoy said “I don’t care, this little girl needs our help”. Now, Luca didn’t fully participate in the numbing process so kelsey had to take her to children’s hospital in Columbus. There, they were able to remove the 3 busted teeth. Family tree in the meantime has called and checked in on critter. What an amazing group we have with dr. Lovejoy and his staff in belpre.

My daughter was a little hesitant on going to a new dental office but they did a fabulous job with her everyone that came in contact with her spoke to her and it made her feel comfortable they were only supposed to do a first initial visit after letting them know that she was due for her cleaning instead of me having to reschedule to do the cleaning.The hygienist came in done her cleaning also sealed a few of her molars that had just came in they did an awesome outstanding job. I am a veteran and have a lot of anxiety when going to the dentist. It's taken me a while to find a dentist that has the knowledge of how to deal with patients with anxiety health issues. I finally have found them at the Family Tree Dental office in Belpre Ohio. Not only is the staff very friendly and helpful but they are very patient and understanding that it will take a while for me to feel comfortable with the new staff and there's also people there that work with the VA to make sure your billing is covered by the VA. I highly recommend this dental office especially for those with anxiety!!
