While sitting in the parking lot talking to the receptionist and trying to get an appointment, a cancellation opened up for that same day. I was thoroughly impressed by Tori, the dental assistant, and Doctor Tye was the icing on the cake. My daughter was a little hesitant on going to a new dental office but they did a fabulous job with her everyone that came in contact with her spoke to her and it made her feel comfortable they were only supposed to do a first initial visit after letting them know that she was due for her cleaning instead of me having to reschedule to do the cleaning.The hygienist came in done her cleaning also sealed a few of her molars that had just came in they did an awesome outstanding job. It's mid January 2025, so weather and snow is not favorable to most people and I suddenly had a major toothache. I called to schedule an appointment and was able to be seen the same day. Checking was easy, staff were very nice and professional. It took no longer than 30 mins after the X-ray and numbing procedure to remove the tooth.Top notch work and the cost was very reasonable. So far I have been blown away by how great my experiences visiting Family Tree Dental in Belpre Ohio. The office is very clean and comfortable to wait in. The staff are very friendly and greet everyone ,they make me feel important and valued as a client. The dentist I saw was Dr Lovejoy, he and his assistant whose name I have forgotten were friendly and gave me information about what they were doing, what was the expected outcome, and even asked me both did I understand and was it what I was wanting and because of this I was able to ask about an alternative option for my dental work that will be optimally better. I had not been to a dentist in long time and was amazed at the newer equipment and they speed with which it got task done. I would sincerely recommend this Dental Practice. I have not experienced any extractions yet but I feel it will go well also.
