Family Tree is the perfect name for this office! The staff here display a camaraderie in that is surely inclusive. I have always had an experience of complete satisfaction and understanding of my dental care plan. The staff work in harmony toward meeting the needs, concerns, and comfort of the patient. It is obvious that when the “Family” of this establishment come to work, they do so because they WANT to be there! It feels good to be treated with respect, kindness and transparency in a situation that could be very uncomfortable, awkward and even painful. I recently had a deep root cleaning and felt safe enough to try it without Novocaine, as I dread the effects. I trusted that if I were to feel the slightest amount of pain my professional (Ms. Tara) would have stopped and numbed the area. That trust, is well deserved! Good job Family Tree! Having said all that, it is important to share that my children have positive interactions as well. They’re encouraged and informed, spoken to, not at, or about… The result is healthy oral hygiene habits, and cavity-free 😊 smiles! Thanks to everyone at Family Tree Dental!!
My Mom has seen Dr Tye for multiple visits for fillings and extractions, but her visit to start a bridge yesterday was the best! Dr Tye was so very patient with her, as she’s had a stroke and has some deficits. It was a long appointment for her, but he made sure she was comfortable and went at her pace. (Sorry, Dr Tye!!!😉) Assistant Lily was wonderful, sweet and kind to Mom the entire time, laughing along with us throughout Mom’s corny jokes, and assistant Rachel was skilled at helping with the temporary bridge, and Mom even told her she was very gentle. Kudos to the team for making a long appointment much less stressful. Glad we’ve found a crew who can take care of Mom in a way she’s able to handle.
It was our first visit with our 2y old and 4y old and we had the absolute best experience. Everyone here is so friendly and go above and beyond to cater to little children. My 4 y old daughter was a bit nervous but Vanessa (dental hygienist) walked her through every step and asked her questions that made my daughter forget she was at a dentist office. Now doctor Allen is an absolute superstar when it comes to children (and adults). Oh and at the end kids got to pick prices from a treasure chest. They are both excited to come back.
I’ve been taking my family to the Tree for years. My wife and I are busy and the staff is always competent, kind and personable. Time spent at the dentist can and should be enjoyable. At Family Tree Dental it’s always that way! Keep up the good work and thank you Jen for the help and time spent on the phone with my Insurance Company. You guys are awesome! Cheers and God Bless!
