SIGN ON BONUS: $5,000
INITIAL CONTRACT DURATION: 2 YEARS
WORK WEEK
- 4 days a week.
- Equal access to facilities and new patients.
- Equivalent support staff to other dentists in the office.
- Coverage for time off.
PAY
- Base Pay: $12.5k/month ($150k/year). 6 months sunset.
- Associates receive 30% of collections, equity owners receive that plus profitability.
- Yearly CE stipend of $3,000/cycle stipend (two years).
- We pay lab bills.
- $1000/month towards student loan repayment for the duration of your two-year contract.
BUY-IN: OPPORTUNITY TO BECOME AN EQUITY PARTNER
- Trial partnership lasts for 12 months.
- Buy-in valuation is based on collections and takes place at the beginning of the trial partnership, so
there’s no moving target. - Buy-in is 20%.
