First time visit with Dr. Bo at Family Tree Dental. He did a thorough exam. We're now waiting on insurance so we can decide on the path forward for cleaning. I did not know that there was a process called "deep cleaning." That's a process to clean the space where the tooth has separated a little bit from the gum. Then, I also need a crown. All in all it was a good visit.

So today critter “Luca” had an accident. She was running in the house, tripped, and hit her mouth on the coffee table. She busted them up really bad. I took her to family tree dental in belpre and all I can say is……WOW! Dr. Lovejoy and the staff were nothing short of amazing to her. They took her right in, cleaned up her mouth, helped calm her down and the most amazing part is the front receptionist came in and said “we don’t take her ins” dr lovejoy said “I don’t care, this little girl needs our help”. Now, Luca didn’t fully participate in the numbing process so kelsey had to take her to children’s hospital in Columbus. There, they were able to remove the 3 busted teeth. Family tree in the meantime has called and checked in on critter. What an amazing group we have with dr. Lovejoy and his staff in belpre.

I was seen at the Colegate office as a walk in with an emergency. My crown on my canine fell out while I was at work. I was in a total panic, crying, upset, the whole works. Two girls at the Acme office were amazing at calming me with a bottle of water and taking me down. After u had waited an hour and there was little hope I would be able to be seen; the front desk girl called colegate and got me set up to go to the colegate office. The wonderful girl at the colegate office made a point to get up and go talk with Dr. Atwood to try to get me fixed up. Thanks to her above and beyond effort Dr. Atwood agreed to see me. Upon waiting at the Colegate office, they were all kind and caring. Again, offered me coffee and water multiple times. When they got me back to be seen, Dr. Atwood and Faith and the rest of his team were beyond amazing. He was honest and brainstormed and found a solution to fix my not so easy broken crown and problem. They ended up staying late to get me taken care of so that I could go back to my patients at work. (I’m a registered nurse.) I am so grateful for the pleasant wonderful experience I had yesterday (2/29) at the Colegate office and from the two girls at Acme. I wish I knew all of their names but please know that if you interacted positively with me yesterday, you made a huge impact on me and I am forever thankful for you all! thank you!! Love this Place& highly recommend to all my friends& family& others! 😁 Update, even though I've been a patient there for awhile, plus left a good review, plus recommended to my friends, I call about an abcess tooth before Christmas and get told they are full on appointments to call after the 1st of January, I did and was told rudely that they no longer accept molina, u know u have trust and faith in a place I've been going to for over 6 years, to be absolutely forgotten about! Here it is February and I'm still suffering, very upset, I miss this place, but now I suffer, went to a few other dentist that do accept my card, but didn't pull my tooth, I'm so sad 😢

My daughter was a little hesitant on going to a new dental office but they did a fabulous job with her everyone that came in contact with her spoke to her and it made her feel comfortable they were only supposed to do a first initial visit after letting them know that she was due for her cleaning instead of me having to reschedule to do the cleaning.The hygienist came in done her cleaning also sealed a few of her molars that had just came in they did an awesome outstanding job. I highly recommend them for anyone that has children especially . My daughter's already excited about her next cleaning in 6 months.

I cannot believe it has been 6 years since I wrote the review below. I just got home from my most recent visit, it went great, as always everyone did a GREAT job. I felt well taken care of. I had some questions, they took the time to answer them. Lynn did an excellent job cleaning my teeth and the Dr checked them and answered questions, taking the time to be sure I understood. I will definitely keep coming back because they are all about taking care of their patients.Very friendly, informative and great job, work with you finding the right solution for you. My old dentist had retired, looking forward to being with my new dentist. My daughter referred me and i am very glad she did.

When I arrived for my appointment the office setting was very nice the ladies up front to assist me with the paperwork and very nice and friendly and professional. The dentist very professional along with his assistant the area and patient room area are well kept up and clean. Dentist took his time with the examination and explained to me in detail the results and what I want to get done. As well with recommendations for brushing and flossing procedures. I went to Family Tree Dental to get a cracked tooth pulled. Another dentist had previously told me it would cost me over $300 because he said it would be a complicated extraction. I was so thrilled to find out that it wasn't a complicated extraction so it cost me under $300 for xrays and extraction combined. Not only that, the dentist I had was absolutely amazing. I was so amazed that there was no pain at all and at how quickly he had the tooth out. He made it the best dental experience I had ever had. I very highly recommend Family Tree Dental on Rosemar.
